 🌹Today’s life we miss it our health and lose of life because the 🦠viruses attack but so many years in which food good for health veg or non-veg the argument is going on ,there is no end suddenly new trend is arrival vegan or raw vegan, 🌹Guys one thing surely I tell you in which one you like like you should follow💗 , following your heart💕 like non-veg Or veg Or vegan it depends on your thoughts Don’t force yourself because everyone changed food habits situation or health or desire or what ever may be, 🌹life is so many changes are there even food also don’t be search which one is good or bad veg or Non-veg  don’t be judgement one , just follow the tips🌹

 1Non- veg                                                          🌹 please boil non-veg to add some few  table spoons of oil and sauteed like a juice food, avoid over fried in oil and deep fried  in non-veg, to cut the small piece to sauteed few drops  of oil to better way to eat non-veg it’s good for digest guys.🌹                                                               2.vegtarian
🌹 please avoid potato fry or deep fried items add more salads and all the vegetables ,Avoid more dairy products used at normal level ,like panner and cheese weekly  once or twice to avoid daily intake guys🌹.
🌹Whether you prefer veg or non- veg  what’s you like guys better eat proper digest because force to eat 🥦🥕🌽 is affected on your mind, stress and depression, is that going on a lot of  friend diseases  joins  us  your health problem, you’re health is connect our mind to eat mindful  that for helpful our good life guys.🌹
